Class Descriptions
Hatha Yoga
It will be a Meditation Hatha Yoga class, with Pranayama, Asana, Mudras and Bandhas. It can be offered to all adult ages as an introduction to more focused therapeutic yoga series There are specific series of asanas, bandhas, satkarma and other stress free regular exercises that will be taught to them to incorporate into their self practice.
Pilates
The program focuses on the core postural muscles which help keep the body balanced and which are essential to providing support for the spine. In particular, Pilates exercises teach awareness of breath and alignment of the spine, and aim to strengthen the deep torso muscles.
